From Apartment 1 you could literally jump straight into the boat. It is located halfway above sea level, so you will never be far away from the boats.

This apartment has an equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, three bedrooms and two separate bathrooms with a shower and a toilet.

In front of the main entrance to the apartment is a terrace and a small sitting area, which is widely used to drink coffee and observe the surroundings or to prepare fishing sets.
